Great location. Elevators worked very fast better than I’ve seen in any other condo. The pools were larger than average and kept very clean. Condo 810 was very clean and decorated nicely with beach theme throughout. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony had plenty of furniture with tables for everyone. Would stay there again, highly recommend.
We stayed in Unit 2108, oceanfront, which included 2 chairs set up for us daily on the beach! Extremely clean, spacious, and well equipped. Fitness center and pools also were top notch. Would stay here again!
Very nice resort, but the construction to the West side was distracting along with limited parking. The pool was great, along the the snack bar. The beach was great.
Lots of Covered Parking... 4 Elevators, so even when one is out of Service, it usually doesn't take long to get one. Great Pool & Fitness Room, FAST WiFi and soon will be even faster.
Sunrise Beach has individually owned units, though most seem to be vacation rentals. The pool area is a nice perk—one pool is heated, the other isn’t, and there are two hot tubs. There’s also a small café on-site that serves food and adult beverages at reasonable prices. The boardwalk to the beach is convenient and well-kept. The only downside is the rental chairs, which can be a bit of a nuisance, though they typically only set up one row. Parking and pool access are monitored pretty strictly, so you’ll need to be a guest to use the amenities. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a beach stay.
Quiet and fun. Wish the pool had a deep end since we had double red flags for 89% of our trip. Also, it would be nice if anyone under 18 stayed out of the hot tubs. Other than that, it was great!
Just got back from an amazing stay at this condo in PCB! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The location was ideal: right on the beach, close to restaurants, shops, and fun activities for the whole family. The building was secure and well-maintained, and check-in was smooth and easy. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!
